What we collect.
- Quiz answers (anonymous) — used to compute your top 3 and aggregate which features are most-requested by visitors.
- Email address (and optional first name) — only if you submit it. Used to send your personalised ranking and an occasional educational email series on choosing and running event apps, delivered via EmailOctopus (our email processor). Unsubscribe in one click in any email.
- Anonymous, cookieless product analytics via PostHog (EU region) — no cookies and no cross-site tracking; visitors are counted with a privacy-preserving daily hash, not stored as personal data, so no consent banner is required.

- Third-party tracking cookies
- Personal data without explicit consent
Your rights (GDPR).
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing hello@bestevent.app. We respond within 30 days.
